Job Description
Medlin+ is seeking a creative, reliable Freelance Graphic Designer to assist with ongoing branding, print, signage, and marketing projects. This is a flexible, project-based role offering consistent freelance opportunities while helping small and local businesses look professional.
You will work on branding elements, business cards, social ads, signage layouts, brochures, menus, and other marketing materials. Work is assigned based on project flow, deadlines, and your availability.
Compensation is project-based and ranges from approximately $25 to $350 depending on the size, complexity, and scope of the project.
This role is ideal for designers who want steady freelance work, enjoy clean and modern design, and are passionate about helping small businesses grow. You don’t need to be local, but familiarity with small-business design needs is a plus.
Requirements
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, or similar tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to Medlin+ visual standards
• Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and clean design principles
• Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines
• Experience preparing files for print or signage is a plus
• Reliable access to design software and workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines
Nice to Have:
• Experience designing for vinyl output, banners, or large-format print
• Familiarity with creating production-ready PDFs
• Basic photo editing or social content layout skills
