Medlin+ is looking for a driven, people-focused Brand Solutions Advisor to help local and small businesses grow through modern design, strategic branding, and marketing services.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, understanding their goals, and recommending tailored solutions that make a real impact in our community.
As a Brand Solutions Advisor, you will represent Medlin+ in the field and online, helping clients navigate websites, branding projects, signage, print materials, Point-of-Sale integrations, and more. You don’t need to be a designer — just someone who believes in our mission and knows how to communicate value.
This position is commission-based with unlimited earning potential. Your income grows directly with the relationships you build and the sales you close — meaning there is no cap on what you can earn. Medlin+ provides the tools, training, and support you need to succeed; your drive and performance determine your results.
Requirements
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers
• Ability to explain Medlin+ services clearly and confidently
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Basic understanding of websites, branding, or marketing is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for local travel
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
